I purchased this top after the NY HYROX race. After washing them exactly as instructed (cold water, tumble dry low), the white lettering bled all over the fabric. I have been trying to resolve this with customer service since June 15 with zero success. Their only response has been to blame "product design" and offer a refund, but they want me to pay a $13 return shipping fee for a defective product. I just want a replacement for the damaged item. Worse, there is no way to speak to a real human, and the provided contact methods are dead ends. Do not buy apparel from them if you expect it to hold up or if you need actual customer support.
